“What’s Baking” is the public-facing author and editorial brand for the site. We do not attach a personal identity or credentials to content unless that information has been verified and intentionally approved for publication.

How content is prepared

Recipes and articles may be developed and organized using editorial research, structured recipe information and digital tools, including generative tools. Before publication, content is reviewed for clarity, structure, internal consistency, formatting and usefulness. The site also reviews and improves legacy content over time.

Recipe methodology and testing

Ingredient lists, directions, timing and supporting information are checked for obvious conflicts and usability. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, publication does not mean that every recipe has been cooked in a physical kitchen or independently tested. Results can vary with ingredients, substitutions, equipment, technique and environmental conditions.

Readers should independently check allergens, dietary suitability, safe cooking temperatures and food-handling requirements for their circumstances. Nutrition information, where provided, is an estimate and may vary.

Copycat and inspired recipes

Restaurant or product names may be used to identify the flavour, format or inspiration behind an independent recipe. Unless clearly stated, What’s Baking is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those brands.

Advertising, affiliate links and sponsored content

What’s Baking may earn revenue from display advertising, affiliate links or sponsored content. An affiliate link may generate a commission if a reader makes a qualifying purchase, without changing the reader’s price. Material commercial relationships will be disclosed where required. Advertising or affiliate eligibility does not determine the editorial conclusions of a recipe or guide.
